Unfortunately I cannot accept insurance as I’m not a licensed practitioner who can diagnose and treat illnesses. Doctors may, however, recommend coaching services if they think it will be beneficial, but it is still an out-of-pocket expense.
Teamwork makes the dream work, but sometimes kids just need a safe place to unload. I love helping children and parents communicate better and we can create whatever setup we’d like to help make that possible.
In-person sessions take place in Mazomanie, WI while online sessions take place via zoom.
There are no refunds if you have to cancel an appointment but I will try to reschedule you for a different time during that same week or month if there’s availability. If you don’t want to be tied into a monthly or 12 week commitment, you can choose the option to pay per single session instead. However, those sessions don’t come with included support outside of the one-on-one time.
Coaching True Joy is a safe place where what is said stays between myself and the client, however being a certified coach and still holding a current WI teaching license, I am a mandated reporter, meaning any self-harm, harm to others, or abuse that is happening must be reported if it is shared. This will be clearly stated at the first session as a reminder.
I’m in the sweet spot of “pretty close” for in-person sessions, especially when it feels like Madison is so far away and that’s where all the “help” is. Within 2 miles from my coaching space, Mazomanie has walking trails, a coffee shop, restaurants, and other businesses that adults can visit while their child meets with me.
Within 30 miles of Mazomanie is Arena, Black Earth, Cross Plains, Spring Green, Barneveld, Mount Horeb, Middleton, Lodi, Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, and so many more amazing cities, towns, and villages! But don’t let location stop you – virtual online coaching is also available, completely taking away transportation time, costs, and conflicts.
